What is VogueDate?
VogueDate is an adult-only platform that connects people for companionship and social experiences. Think of it as a premium, curated space where you can discover and book time with verified profiles — all discreetly and safely.
Who Can Use VogueDate?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use VogueDate in any way. By signing up, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We may ask for verification at any time.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately. We can suspend or delete accounts that violate our rules.
How Payments Work
All payments on VogueDate are processed through M-Pesa and held in escrow — meaning your money is kept safe until both parties confirm the booking is a go. No surprises, no scams. Refund policies depend on the type of booking and cancellation timing.
What You Can (and Can't) Do
Use VogueDate to connect with real people respectfully. Don't use fake photos, impersonate someone else, harass other users, or post illegal content. We have zero tolerance for trafficking, exploitation, or any form of abuse. Violations result in permanent bans and may be reported to authorities.
Content You Post
Any photos, bios, or messages you share on VogueDate remain yours. However, by posting them, you give us permission to display them on the platform. We won't sell your content to third parties. You can delete your content at any time by updating your profile or deleting your account.
Our Liability
VogueDate is a platform — we connect people, but we're not responsible for what happens between users off-platform. We do our best to verify profiles and keep the community safe, but we can't guarantee every interaction will be perfect. Use common sense and follow our safety tips.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of VogueDate after changes means you accept the new terms.
